DC Skyline and Moonrise Photo Shoot

Here is your chance to capture stunning and unique views of several of Washington’s iconic monuments; the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, and U. S. Capitol dome all neatly aligned in your viewfinder from a vantage point of in Arlington.
We begin with an orientation on the basic techniques of twilight and nighttime photography and then help you capture it. If the sky is clear, learn about moonlight photography, how to capture single-exposure and double-exposures with the full moon rising just above the DC skyline.
(If the moon is obscured by clouds the class will still run as there are many beautiful photos to be captured of the DC Skyline.)
Recommended Gear: Any camera with manual exposure controls. Lenses in the range of 24-200mm are optimal. Longer focal lengths will be good for tight shots of the moon alone in the sky. A sturdy tripod is a must!
