Creating A Photography Website

Creating A Photography Website

Whether you want to showcase your skills as a photographer or are a photo hobbyist who wants to share your work on a personal website, Adobe Portfolio gives you the tools you need.

Included with any Adobe Creative Cloud account, Portfolio is a great way to build a website with a professional look.  If you want to showcase your skills as a photographer, an online portfolio is an essential piece of your toolkit.

Bring your best photographs and join Rick Frankle as he guides you through the creation of your website from start to finish.

Topics include;
- The differences between a Professional Portfolio and a Photo Gallery which is best for you.
- Planning and building the site.
- Navigating the Adobe Portfolio interface.
- Choosing a theme, creating a Welcome page, adding your images, creating your Collections.
- Adding text and captions.
- Tips for maintaining and updating your page.

Rick will also share information on integrating Adobe Portfolio with Lightroom, Behance, and selling images in Adobe Stock.

This class is taught as a 2.5 hour in-person session and a follow-up session on Zoom. In the in-person portion Rick will demonstrate and walk you through starting your webpage and getting it set up. Students will bring their own laptop or computer with 10-15 images to work with.

Questions can be directed to Marie Joabar at info@capitalphotographycenter.com.

You are lucky to have him as part of your team."
